Nordbo City

The studio is very comfortable, very close to the centre which is a plus and has a fully furnished kitchen, which is great if you're coming on a budget and plan to cook.

I wasn't aware that to do your check-in, you have to go to another building in order to pay and get the keys. It's a 10-minute walk, which is doable, but it was unexpected.

There are works in progress in the corridor..i was not informed about that. My room is not where the office is..so its complicated to come to this office do my check in..and after go to my room 2 km far..i was not informed about that..you should have a shuttle to do the connexion. The man and the woman from the personnel's apartment were extraordinary!

DO NOT GO! However, if somebody decide to go should be awarded that Nordbo in Center has the most “original” (self?) check-in and an “incredible” reception desk! CHECK-IN. The key for the apartment in Nordbo in Center has to be taken from another building, situated around 2 km away!!! We arrived with 2 little kids, in the rain, to the apartment and we found no key, no instruction for the (self) check-in. We previously changed several e-mails with the property and was no word about this “particularity”! But we were very lucky because a man and a woman from the personnel were inside, seen us and opened the apartment, so we could let the luggage. Also, they spoken with the reception. RECEPTION 1. We went 2 km to the other building, belonging also to the Nordbo Hotel and, for ending our dissatisfaction, they offer a discount. So, everything started to look all right. We took the key, eat, walk and around 6 p.m. arrived to the apartment. SURPRISE!!!! The key did not work! We called again the reception (with 5 EURO/min without VAT) and informed them. The answer: “Came here and take another key (…2km…)”. “But we just were there”, I said. “All I can do is to change the key, but you have to came here” said again the reception. We took a cab (around 100DKK) and we arrived to the other building. “Take this key from another apartment!” said the reception. “But we have the luggage in THAT apartment” I said. “OK. Than take this one and if doesn’t work also, call me and I will find a way to solve the problem”… It worked. RECEPTION 2. When the personnel seen us said that they knew that we are 4 persons and not five and it is impossible to stay 5 in those conditions! So, the reception did not announced them! But, I recognize, in very few minutes they brang another bed with all necessary! In the kitchen, on cold tap was alternatively cold and hot water, in the shower was neither shampoo or soap, in the kitchen was a filter coffee machine, but not filter paper ...

Location is central to everything in town. Parking space is more than enough. Kitchenette is awesome.

Bed is hard, room is pretty spartan overall.
