Villa Florentina.

The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Also, Richard, the host was amazing. We had a few issues with the lock box and the a/c which he got fixed right away and was there almost immediately after being informed. He also gave us great tips for places to go visit and eat.

The master room ac air vent in the ceiling is direct to your head in the bed so I have to sleep only in one side so the ac not bother me .

The space was perfect for our large family. My family used the grill and patio to relax outside. The kitchen table has plenty of chairs and even stools for more places to sit. Each room had a tv so everyone could watch their own thing during down time. There is beach chairs, beach umbrellas and canopies to use at the beach. The washer and dryer kept us from having dirty laundry piled up.

The dog smell in the living room was the only thing. We actually bought airfreshner spray to take it away so it wasn't so bad.

Nothing, there was no water pressure whatsoever in the kitchen, it just trinkled out when we first got there and sat on the king size bed. It fell straight to the ground.

Nothing was ready to come home after my first night

The house and yard were a good size, the grill looked brand new it was so clean. The living room was nice with large couch. Overall it was a very good place for the price that was paid.

The kitchen could have used more plates and utensils for eating and cooking. Water pressure was very low. The door knob kept falling off the bathroom door. TV layout was odd with the TVs all set to the side of the room. TVs were not in front of the beds or couch. They were all on the side.

The place was amazing as was the host....

Maintenance could be better floor trim sticking up trip factors no gas in the grill broken electrical outlet covers sat on end of the bed and fell to the floor no support under mattress Im 70 that was scary no comfortable place to sit in the living room
