"Good - as expected"

Location is what it is... You are in the old part of Marvila, but we needed to stay in that area so we liked it overall. The apartment itself is nice.

Everything in the apartment and the host was ok. There was just a minor issue with the wc door (and there is only one - but we knew that), but nothing special. Breakfast in the area is not so easy, but we had a car so we found solutions.

Nothing. We couldn’t stay there because there were people waiting to rob us. At first we wanted to wait just in case they leave so that we can get in the house, but they didn’t want to, so we had to rent another place in a different location. It’s seems like a dangerous neighborhood. We were VERY disappointed, and we encouraged everyone to think twice before renting this place.

"Excelente, para repetir"

El alojamiento es como amplio y lleno de detalles. Todo exterior. Recién reformado y muy bien equipado. Se ahorca de maravilla. Y la zona es muy pintoresca.

Me gustó todo, si tengo que poner dos pegas, una es que está junto a las vías del tren y aunque los cristales aíslan los trenes se escuchan (aunque para mi tiene cierto encanto) y la zona, aunque es un barrio encantador, muy pintoresco y próximo al centro, quizá haya gente a quien le parezca una zona deprimida (aunque lo cierto es que respira modernidad y multiculturalidad)

"Casa carina, arredata bene, da un buon colpo d'occhio, dato il prezzo mi aspettavo un po' meglio"

La posizione è molto comoda, davanti si trovano parcheggi e con Uber in 5/10 minuti sei in centro. L'appartamento è molto carino, arredato molto bene.

Sicuramente c'è da segnalare che per raggiungere l'appartamento c'è una scalinata, non comodissima per le valigie. Il terrazzino è molto carino, peccato che si affacci sui binari del treno e che non era molto pulito e il tavolino aveva un pezzo staccato a terra. La proprietaria è stata molto carina a lasciare un po' di frutta, però purtroppo all'Interno del cestino c'erano molte formiche. Segnalo inoltre che la caldaia è attaccata alla camera da letto ed è abbastanza rumorosa.

Comfortable apartment, clean and tidy. Roof terrace area outside. Very nice and friendly cleaner and good communication from the Owner / Manager
