Handy and close to cycleway . Near to town and great location .. Good host and friendly atmosphere. A good size breakfast .

Room could have been cleaner, facilities somewhat old

The host Lorenzo is actually an uilleann piper and has great knowledge of Irish music and culture. He regailed me not only with fascinating information on the pipes and then played them for me over breakfast. If you're interested in Irish music and culture and seeking extra knowledge, then stay at this B&B. The location is perfect, a short walk into town or a stroll along the canal, which also brings you into town. Breakfast was magnificent although I experienced it cold due to being engrossed in conversation and fine music.
