Motel La Grandeur

The place is disgusting! We walked into the room and simply couldn’t believe this was the one we booked. It didn’t even come close to looking like the pictures. The walls were filthy with various stains (spit, blood stains), the sheets were covered in stains, and the duvet cover was completely torn. Even the toilet paper roll had been partially chewed by some kind of animal. In our booking, we requested an extra single mattress. The mattress we received was “broken/torn” inside its cover, and the sheets that came with it were also full of revolting stains. The balcony was filthy, with a glass table broken in half, and the large window glass was completely cracked. In the website’s photos, the pool looks great, and when we called before booking to confirm that the pool was operational, we were told it was. In reality, when we arrived, we found a filthy pool with lots of debris floating on stagnant water! Simply a disgusting place! Judging by the photos they posted on the website, I’d say this comes very close to fraud!

Rooms are stinking and there is no proper care taker to look rooms and infrastructure

Cigarette smell in the lobby bathrooms which made more difficult to breathe as well
