Renovation is required.very bad smell in balcony and even in room

Staff was not good, they didn't help us for local travel, did not guide us for travel,not aware of local travel services, did not communicate well, even bedsheets were torn and smelly little

Location was good. I chose it seeing the swimming pool, however it was outside the property. Initial staff I spoke to were of no help, however people in Goa are kind and helpful.

Breakfast ??? Even water was not served. Asif Mulla the staff was the saving grace. I was given a room that was closed for 6 months and shabbily cleaned. the verandha was not cleaned. I cut my stay from 2 days to one. Asif was gracious and helpful in updating the app and refunding my money.

I checked the room it was so shabby n unclean .l opted out
