Booking.com gave us the confirmation with ID. But when we reached Durga budget stay, they refused to give the accommodation and giving a vague excuse like I did not pay the advance amount. Booking.com had not insisted for advance payment, instead they said to pay at the property(hotel) Overall it's worst experience traveling with family and that too in heavy rain.
