USUSUSThere was enough room for everyone to spread out. My mother is handicap so the upstairs bedroom was a plus. Location was close to everything. We actually didn't leave until the 13th we enjoyed it so much. We will be coming back.
Wished there had been a barbecue and a fire pit
USNeeds major updates. Everything is very old & falling apart. There wasn't anything decent to cook with. Back door next to the dining area doesn't latch properly so there was a morning we got up & the back door was wide open. The water faucets were very poor!!! It was very tricky to get hot water. The dishwasher does not clean very well. We did have a partial view of the mountain & we had a ghost friend that would sit w/ us on the downstairs deck, an old man. Doesn't bother u, just sits w/ u. I really didn't like the location. To Gatlinburg it wasn't bad to get to however, anywhere else the roads r rather far away w/ lot's of twist & turn's. U do get to see a lot of places u normally wouldn't get to see, like little Mom/pops type stores & such. Local restaurants. So it has its gd w/ not so gd.

USCleanliness of place. Many things didn't work. To many rugs to cover problem with floor. One celling fan didn't work. Other fans were very dusty. These are ONLY A FEW THINGS Wrong. I did try calling booking .com to speak with a supervisor but agent would not put me through so I hung up. Another thing, it said in door pool. Not true. We were expected to go to a community pool and pay $3.00 per person every time we went. I am more than willing to discuss this further ,my cell phone number is , 401-497-3680.
USWe loved it and it had plenty of room for my family. We will definitely be back!!
