Excellent staff, located next to Hang Mua, beautiful tropical garden, lots of privacy in the room

Could have more vegan options for breakfast, even if it’s just granola. Noise from the neighbour’s pool area next to my room.

Beds comfortable, great location of going up Dragon Hill and easy bike to Tran An and Tam Coc.

Breakfast was ok not great. Hotel does not accept Mastercard which was only made aware to us on checking out. Luckily we always have both but hotel needs to make people aware.

Everything about it was great, good location can walk to Mua cave etc, great friendly staff, good food, lovely grounds and pool and best massage so far

Needs hair-dryer in bathroom

The staff was very attentionate and kind, helpful with everything we needed (laundry, car transfer, tour guide..). Special thanks to the lady at the reception (that has 3 kids but whose name I shamely forgot). The food is good and the pool/ pool view amazing! Very clean also. A really cool place!

The toilet seat in the bathroom was smaller than the toilet, thus quite inconfortable and a bit weird 🙂

Lovely stay. Loved riding free bikes around and were able to walk into town

Not many restaurants around but can take cheap grab into tam coc

La habitación era muy grande.

El olor de la habitación, tenía olor a sumidero. Llegamos muy pronto por la mañana porque fuimos con el sleeper bus, pedimos hacer el early check in y no nos dieron ninguna habitación, solo nos ofrecieron pagar 500.000VDN para poder dormir en una habitación que realmente tenían libre.
