Yen and Van were so lovely, exceptional with advice on attractions to see and places to eat. We left our phone charger and plug behind and they arranged to have it delivered that evening by a driver to Hanoi. The experience was different to other places we stayed in during our holiday, nice and relaxing, beautiful gardens, bed was comfy and room was clean. Location was not to far from Tam Coc and Old Town.

La ubicacion es ideal esta literalmente al lado del mua cave, alquilamos una moto por 5€ al dia yen fue muy agradable hizo nuestra estancia muy agradable

Located in a quiet place close to the mountain for hike. The staff are lovely and will do anything for you. The rooms are clean and tidy. There was a good atmosphere there. They were very accommodating for our late arrival.

The shower did not heat up very often and the place could do with a spruce up, things look worn and tired. The Mountain View room wasn’t really worth it as the window steamed up and trees were in the way.
