Staff is perfect, they do their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The hotel is very green, the pool is clean. Our room was very spacious and comfortable.

I originally planned to stay at Scenic Mountain Eco Lodge for 3 nights, but ended up staying only 1 because I overestimated my ability to deal with insects — and this is absolutely not the hotel’s fault. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for people who want to relax in nature while staying close to all the main attractions. You can even walk to Mua Cave, which I did myself. The hotel is surrounded by gardens and feels like a little jungle, with private bungalows immersed in nature. However, if you are very afraid of insects, like me, it might be a bit challenging, simply because of the natural environment. That was the only reason I decided to change hotels. I’m especially grateful to the staff, particularly Yin, who were incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful when I explained my situation and needed to check out earlier. They really went out of their way to help me, and I was left only with positive impressions. The breakfast was also delicious, the design of the place is lovely, and although I didn’t try the spa, I’m sure it’s great as well. Highly recommended for nature lovers visiting Ninh Binh!

Insects

Had an amazing stay here, staff very friendly and good communication.The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful greenery and only about a 2-minute walk to Mua Cave. They also provide free bike hire, which was really convenient. The food was very good, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect

I enjoyed the room and facilities. The staff were attentive and very welcoming. Van and Yen took the time to get to know me and welcome me into Vietnamese culture.

The location was excactly what I was looking for - serene and quiet, and a great place to head out for excursions around Nonh Binh. The room was very beautiful, comfy and clean. Staff was extremly helpful and friendly.
