Tea Liu Apartment

I don’t understand how people can say it’s a nice location. I mean, if you go out only in the daytime sure, it’s nice. But after 21:00, the area is SO SKETCHY. WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE!!!! There are strip clubs at the ground floor, women of the night on the streets, inside the building there were a group of like 8 men standing on the stairs and smoking, looking quite dangerous. If you are all women i DO NOT ADVISE GOING THERE AT ALL! Apartment is big but we had a problem with heating- it was so cold all night!! Furniture is old and dusty, our sheets had holes in them.. I guess I got what I paid for. We only had one night so it’s ok I guess, but I strongly advise against staying longer or going out at night.

Fantastic location, great value for money, spacious rooms, beautiful old building.

Average or lower tier furniture and appliances, no coffee pods for the machine, the shower was clogged.

Apartment is very nice and huge. Location is close to everything. Communication was fast.

Nothing. We moved out after 2 nights to relocate to a new accommodation. We were wrong not to carefully read previous poor reviews. Big old appartement, only partially refurbished.

Extremely hot appartment, impossible to sleep in hot weather, no air conditioning. Poorly kept balcony. Poorly kept common areas in the building discourage guests from opening the windows. Entrance hall in the building full with stinky garbage bins. We moved out to relocate to a new accommodation at our own expense.

- location (near to the centre, to the shops, restaurants, bars, metro station, ...) - everything was just a few metres from the flat, - hotel accessories, - late check-out.

- too hot in the flat but if you open the balcony, its going to be OK, - noise at the night - but again, if you are planning on staying in this kind of location, you must be aware of its pros & cons. 🙃

city center, clean flat, parking for free in Budapest during the weekend, and easy parking in this area during the weekend
