"Lacking some details."

The washing dryer was running with sheets when we arrived. There was no bottled water in the fridge, no tea bags this morning, when we have previously had.

The place is clean, and aesthetically pleasing.

The apartment is owned by different owners. Our hosts were terrible. Not answering all three contact numbers provided. Reception didnā€™t want to help, as they apparently donā€™t know the hosts nor the owners. So whatever issues we had, we had to wait for more than a day for them to be sorted. Amongst many being WiFi.
