Qualidade da moradia, a decoração e o conforto.

O facto de não ter ar condicionado e de não ter piscina para relaxar e refrescar. Penso que a casa dispõe de área física suficiente e de qualidade para colocar uma piscina que enriqueceria ainda mais o alojamento.
