Great location, good local restaurant nearby, parking, well maintained , clean.

Fajny salon,dobrze wyposażona kuchnia,duże pokoje,wygodne łóżka, dwie toalety,w tym jedna na piętrze (nie trzeba w nocy schodzić na dół). Blisko do autobusu i atrakcji turystycznych.

Brudne ,niedomyte naczynia,zapach stęchlizny w domu,za mały kosz na śmieci.

No contact checkin and checkout. Large house with respect to the ones found in japanese cities. If good weather nice view of Mount Fuji from the above floor.

Even though it had been possible to store the lugage at arrival before checkin time, it had not been possible to have the luggage stpred the last day after checkout. Not easily accessible for the disabled.

The house is beautiful, very clean with great kitchen/dining area and lounge. We had a lovely relaxing stay here. The wifi is excellent and there are plenty of plug sockets. The bedrooms are a bit basic, but the beds and linen are comfy and clean. The bathroom is very clean and new, there are two toilets and there's a washing machine too. Access: it's a short walk from the bus-stop and up a short hill and some steep steps, so it's a bit tricky with big heavy suitcases. I would definitely stay here again if I came to Hakone.

Nothing to improve - it was great!

I loved the kitchen and living space. There was ample space for everyone to hang out at the dining table or help cook a meal.

The western style bed that I slept on in the front room had springs that prodded into my back all night which made it difficult to sleep. The pillows provided at each bed were very thin and did not provide adequate support.

Very beautiful spot right near Fuji! Rooms were very clean and spacious for a group of 7 of us. Would recommend!!

Lovely kitchen. Heaters in the rooms. Quiet and isolated. Warm beds!

One couch for a family. A bigger couch would've been nice. A dryer for clothes would have been ideal too.
