Extremely stylish hostelry. Decor and furnishings are exceptional and of the highest standard.

The renovation of the Pepperell Mill into the Lincoln Hotel was amazing. Quite well done. The room and hotel were updated, but still retained the sense of history - very high ceilings that were the floor boards from the factory floor above; exposed brick outside walls. Room furnishings were upscale, but comfortable. Good bar and restaurant at the hotel.

One of the nicest, coolest hotels I've ever stayed at. Would highly recommend.

The tv was not up to standards. No real channels to watch or. Movie selections . Could also have used a microwave.

Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable.

We loved the Lincoln from the moment we walked in! What a beautiful renovation and a fantastic vibe! Check in was smooth and the young lady was very friendly. I even got to try a Prosecco. Megan at the lobby bar was amazing land extremely helpful giving us suggestions about what to see and even where to park. Close parking was a bit limited but my husband was able to borrow an umbrella to retrieve the car during a downpour. Batson River Brewery & Distillery was another wonderful amenity, especially the game room in the back. The rooftop pool area was a refreshing way to get a Birds Eye view of the location. We have already recommended you to friends and family on our FB posts. We hope to return 😊

Beautiful boutique hotel with incredibly kind & helpful staff. Easy to access downtown Biddeford. Very comfortable, spacious room.
