Common kitchen is nice, it even has a Ramen station!

The room was very cold during winter.

Perfect location, food and shopping everywhere. Buses and metro close by. The rooms are a little small, but you're rarely there anyway. Shower above the basin is weird, but it works well and water is hot. At the time it was cold outside and lovely and warm in the room. It's self check in if you get in late like us, there's a computerised machine that's easy to navigate.

I like that we can take as much water, extra card key, and there is noise cancellation outside of the hotel. AND its was warm!

There was a odd smell in the elevator sometimes, and in between the beds. There is crumbs from previous guest.

The staff was amazing, so kind and welcoming. The hotel was spotless and perfectly located in the heart of Myeongdong, close to everything, including two subway stations. My room was bigger than expected and felt cozy for my 3-night stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Restaurants/shops are very accessible from hotel cause it is literally in the middle of Myeongdong shopping street. But even though it is located on a busy area, the inside remained quiet as it has a good noise cancelling walls.

No security. On our 2nd night of stay, my relatives and I were awaken with this loud bang on our door around 0200-0300, he was speaking local language so we couldn’t understand. He continuously knock (at the same time loudly talking) until we responded and asked who was he. We are not sure if he was drunk or something. Luckily he stormed away after we responded. It was a scary experience for us. The hotel has security cameras but no staff after hours. The issue is this property/hotel is mix with other facilities in the building so everyone can really access it. I think it is not safe considering anyone can enter it anytime.

明洞のど真ん中の好立地でとても良かった。日本語のお上手な男性スタッフの方がとても良く接客してくれて最高でした。iPadを忘れてしまいましたが取っておいてくれるとの事。年内にまた行ければ良いが、また行った時はこちらに宿泊したいと思います。 難点は、、2部屋借りましたが一部屋はお風呂に仕切りカーテンがあり良かったがもう一部屋はカーテンがなくトイレが水浸し。全部にカーテン設置して欲しいです。それとカーテンが中途半端な丈で結局はトイレの方まで濡れたので足元ギリギリまでの長いカーテンにしてもらえると完璧です^_^ また泊まりたいホテルです。
