USI was close to the airport.
The high rise building has no fire suppression system. Not even fire alarms. It seems to be in an abandoned high rise building. There are 5 floors and only about 6 units are complete for occupancy. When I had a problem, the management handle it quickly. Very impressive.

Verwohntes Appartment. Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Matratze alt ohne Milbenschutz. Möbel defekt, küchenausstattung defekt.
PHThe location is close to the airport and the amenities are plentiful there is a convenience store close by and it is so easy to access other parts of town. It was cosy for 2. The owner is friendly, hospitable, helpful, easy to contact and quick to respond.
There were ants. The cooking appliances like the induction cooker was difficult to use and was far too hot to try and cook things slowly. The floor tiles started to separate and joining material started to chip off and we would then walk on it
