I like that they were hospitable and accommodating

1. Pillow had a strange stain 2. Air conditioning was not working (they had a technician come and confirm that it was faulty) 3. When we asked for another room they tried to shift us to a smaller, dirtier room. ( there was a pubic hair on the toilet seat) 4. Breakfast was very sub standard.
