Great location, walking distance to New Delhi railway station and metro station, neat and clean room, overall good experience

We have been stayig at this hotel for more then 12 years every year. The hotel is one of the best places to stay especially for a tourist visit. Here the comfort meet the prices. And every traveller feels like home after the long traveling. This is a cosy and quites place at the Main Bazar. Perfet location - only 10 minues by walk to the metro station and 5 minutes to the central railway station. In takes only one station by metro to get to the center of Delhi. The rooms are comfortable, clean, have hot water running 247. If you whant you can have your room cleaned every day. And, of course, the staff of the hotel is great, very polite and always trying to help you with any kind of problems. I would highly recommed this hoterl for staying at.

I got this hotel at a very affordable price for my stay. From the outside, the property looks quite simple, but once you step into the room, it feels comparable to a 3-star hotel in terms of comfort and quality. The staff were accommodating and even allowed me an early check-in, which I truly appreciated. The location is also convenient—just a ₹20 rickshaw ride to the nearest metro station. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others. Very well organized place. Excellent customer care. Good food. Very clean rooms with all mentioned amenities. Safe and quite in the middle of busy New Delhi City. Reasonable price. Next time when I come with my family to Delhi, I will definitely select this place.

Rooms are clean and tidy, polite hotel staff, no hidden surprises so we chose consecutively for our second stay despite a very busy market.

I booked a stay from New York for my uncle, a Delhi resident, directly through the hotel’s website. Since I couldn't pay via credit card online, I contacted the front desk and was assisted by Ayushi Ji, a senior manager. He was incredibly helpful and professional, providing account details so I could transfer the funds directly. There was a slight hiccup upon arrival regarding the validity of a Delhi ID (Aadhaar card) for check-in as most hotels near Railway Station don't accept Delhi ID cards, but Ayushi Ji stepped in once again to resolve it smoothly. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The service was top-notch, the rooms were excellent, and the food was delicious. Between the great management and the cleanliness, I give this hotel a 'high five' and would definitely book here again!

I recently stayed at this hotel on different occasions and had a very pleasant experience each time. The location is excellent—close to major attractions, the railway station, Connaught Place, and many restaurants. Everything you might need is within easy reach. I also felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay, which made a big difference. The hotel has an on-site restaurant where you can order tea and other meals, which was very convenient. It is also very easy to get an Uber or auto right from the front of the hotel. Overall, I had a positive experience and would gladly stay here again!

Excellent hotel located at Paharganj market and very close to New Delhi railway station and RK Ashram Metro marg .Rooms all was very nice with good washrooms. Hotel staff was quite good to allow me early check in by 8.30 am all . Hotel has inhouse restaurant serving food. . I would surely recommend solo and family to try this hotel as rates very budget friendly and not too costly.
