For 70$ a night its simply not worth it (worth more like 20$ a night). We ended up staying 5 nights because we got sick and didn’t have strenght to change the place, as they did offer us money return. First we encounter problem with hot water which is non existable in guest rooms and they first said it was normal, but the offered us to take a shower in private room and fixed the problem first thing in the morning! The breakfast was poor, same thing every day (eggs, omlette with or without rice and beans) with no fruits. We had to ask for a bread like we are asking for idontknowwhat. The room for itself is old, basically you are staying at someones backyard (it should not be labeled as hotel, more like casa). It has a great potentially but they seem like not interested to improve but neverthless put high prices on rooms where you have old beds and matrasses, old furniture, ants everywhere.. and there is a reason why they didn’t put pictures of the bathroom as they are pre-historical and can’t even be cleaned properly anymore. As I said, shame, could be a nice story if they invest minimum into the rooms.

Great location. Staff was great. Couple that also owned a pharmacy downstairs. Security guard that sits outside at night. Has parking. Breakfast was like your auntie was making you eggs and gallo pinto! Right on main street with all the restaurants and bars. less than 5 min walk to beach. A/C was nice and cold.

No hot water in shower, but i'm not sure which buildings did really. Basic room, but it was fine.

- dirty, moldy bathroom - cold shower - one bed was really uncomfortable (WAY TO SOFT) - price really high for what it is better go to Chale's House Hotel around the corner

Staff very friendly and Customer oriented.

The location is awesome, it is really close to the beach and you have many facilities around. The Velez family is nice and friendly

The breakfast can improve a lot, basic breakfast, only nicaraguan gallopinto, eggs and bread, nothing special about it. The bathroom in one of the rooms did not have light.
