El Cavana Bandung

I liked the room, stylish, and lovley bedding. The staff was amazing, they were friendly and helpful. Even though bathrooms looked a bit rundown, the housekeeping were still good. Maybe the standards need to be higher for that. Aziz the reception staff was very helpful and great communication skills. To be fair all of the staff were welcoming and helpful, consumate professionals.

I would have preffered a larger room for the price but maybe thats how much it costs. The bathroom needed more attention in cleaning, i think too many watermark and stains. I think it needs refurbishment or more deep cleaning.
