I loved the location of this place. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved that the TV told you how many people were in the onsen, and I was able to enjoy the onsen all alone which was very relaxing.

"When I return to Kitakami, I will absolutely stay at Sakura Port Hotel."

Everything was great. Super cheap (3 weeks under 1200 USD) the staff is super friendly, they clean daily, common areas are always spotless, the Kitakami station is next door, 7eleven and lawson station convenience stores are walking distance, but the hotel will arrange cab rides anytime you need them, and will book in advance. Will absolutely stay at Sakura Port when I return.

The bed wasn’t my favorite, but I am very picky so most people will probably find no issue with this!
