Stayed here and couldn't fault a thing. The hotel's spotless, staff went above and beyond to be helpful, seriously, couldn't have been kinder. Prime location, super central with restaurants everywhere and the lake just a quick walk away. Felt chill and comfy the whole time. Highly recommend!

Wifi is not the strongest but not bad

Die Lage ist gut, nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum und der Lagune entfernt. Auch das Restaurant im Hotel war sehr gut mit typisch mexikanischer Küche.

A good location, not far from a number of bars and restaurants and about 10 minutes walk from the main square. Very good, plentiful breakfast. The staff were all very professional and friendly. Immaculately kept pool and garden area. On-site restaurant was also good.

Parking was limited, but hotel staff helped locate a space. The free bikes need some attention.

Super fijn hotel met persoonlijke aandacht voor de gast. Je mag gebruik maken van hun fietsen, het receptieteam doet aanbevelingen voor restaurants en tours. Kortom een leuk en fijn verblijf gehad!

Alles was dik in orde! Maar als ik dan 1 puntje moet noemen is dat de wifi soms niet optimaal is. Voor de rest wil ik het team bedanken voor het fijne verblijf.

Heel mooi hotel met super vriendelijk personeel en heel lekker ontbijt. De hangmat aan de kamer was fantastisch. Het zwembad is aangenaam vertoeven, we vonden het jammer dat we naar de volgende stop moesten.

Niets, gewoon boeken.
