Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence

Nothing I liked

The experience was bad. It's not convenient unless you use grab as the road works everywhere. The rooms were dirty and not clean. The Aircon system was bad too. My son.fell.sick. as it's a hotel and residence, there are many u wanted characters in the residence area where we were staying.

Breakfast

Toilet bowl not cleaned enough. Hotel cleaner was slow in room makeup. Though we were out since morning after breakfast, the room was not make up till the evening when we came back to the room

Aamiainen oli paikallinen ja suhteellisen laaja, mutta länsimaalaiselle melko niukka jos ei ole tottunut syömään paikallisten tapaan. Huone oli periaatteessa siisti ja henkilökunta todella avuliasta.

Sijainti ei ollut ihan ideaali, mutta kohtuullisen matkan päässä satamasta kuitenkin. Huone oli sinänsä siisti, mutta lakanoissa oli pinttyneitä tahroja ja huone oli melko kulunut ja koko hotelli aikansa elänyt.

Every staff is very helpful, friendly and kind. I try the foot spa, and the price and the spa is worth it. Breakfast and food is good, the price also affordable. The location of the hotel also strategic, near ATM, Batamia, Indomaret & Alfamart.

Have laundry service, but not provide laundry bag. I use my own travel bag, when return, my travel bag is gone and when asked the staff did not know where my bag gone. No hanger inside the cupboard. Flush in the toilet need to pump 2-3 times to flush all until clean.

Breakfast was good

Elevator was very slow, water heater was bad
