Caldera's Majesty

The property was perfect - it offered a fantastic view of the sea and the best part, there is a heated pool where you can soak in to enjoy the majestic sight ahead of you. Yiannis and his wife were a superb host - they were lovely and left us a bottle of wine as it was our honeymoon. There is a rich history behind this apartment, which I will leave Yiannis to proudly tell you about when you visit here for your stay. It is a good story that made us appreciate the property even more. For breakfast, just go ahead and order delivery from Ilios Bakery. Delivery is fast and will be sent to you in 20mins, based on my experience. Imagine breakfast at the balcony overlooking the sea, can life get any better? I’m definitely staying here again in the future when I visit Santorini again.

Nothing, I hope more people will come by and experience for themselves what I have experienced. You will not regret, trust me.

The location was incredible, very sizeable bathroom and a comfortable bed.

Firstly, the hot tub is not a hot tub - it is a pool which is fine on a hot day but not fine at night. Secondly, the porter broke my partner’s suitcase and we were happy to transport the bags ourselves, if only we could have been provided with clearer directions. The location also essentially requires you to get a paid transfer to the property, though the price of such is on par with market rate and was helpful. The internet speed is also incredibly poor.

The location was great, sitting on the balcony it was quiet and calm. The room doesn’t feel cramped, the bathroom is beautiful with a great shower. Lots of baggage and bench space. Katerina is amazing, great communication and efficiently organised car transfers for us! Highly recommend!

Location was perfect for a secluded & private stay. The room was updated and nicely decorated. Views were obviously amazing and a good value for a price as compared to many other rooms with similar views in Santorini. Katerina (hostess) was very responsive and easy to work with.

We arrived early, before check in and had to store our luggage. Luggage storage was a bit unsettling as there is no reception and we put our luggage in a random room. The door did lock but it turns out the lockbox that holds the key does not. So I did not feel that our luggage was secure. Breakfast included with the stay would have been nice, but Ilios Bakery does deliver if you want to have breakfast or a meal delivered to enjoy on the balcony. The room itself was clean and comfortable but it was very unsettling to find a dead rat on the balcony the morning we left. We were also supposed to have bottled water in the refrigerator but there was none left. We probably could have told Katerina and had some delivered to us, but we just bought our own. Hot tub is not “hot” - more like bath water. And shower does not stay hot for the length of a normal shower.
