when we meet at hotel we found that hotel was full sold n they said that ur booking is not done inspite of giving confirmation id n all details .but hotel staff denied and we were stuck badly as I was traveling with my wife n senior citizen parents.overall hopeless service of booking.com and hotel Kandhar inn
