The location is perfect! The photos don’t do it justice. The space is much bigger than it looks with a view of both the beach and the street.

The only con is that the washing machine didn’t work and there isn’t a place to store your luggage long term however he was super nice to let us leave our bags there for an hour while we figured out what to do.

The flat is really cool with a stunning view over the sea which is the main attraction of the property along with an incredible location in the heart of old Cefalu. Key handling was very easy. All was very clean. The free beach is literally 2 minutes away for early morning and sunset swimming and chilling. Visiting by myself I loved how I could just leave valuable objects, wallet, phone in the property and just go to the beach with my keys and not worry about my stuff

The kitchen is tiny but hey, who visits Sicily and cooks at home?! Shower needs renovation but it worked just fine. Expensive as a hotel but this is Cefalu in July I guess and you pay for the incredible view and location. I had to buy a beach towel, would be great if the property provided it for the tenants.

The view was truly magnificent. Pierpaolo was a great host, he helped me a lot. Thanks to him ! Location is perfect, the house is in the center. I jumped into the sea in 2 minutes. Although it is in the center, it was very quiet at night.

When I do the cost-benefit analysis, this facility was expensive compared to other facilities where I stayed in Sicily during my 10 days holiday. Since the house was in the city center, i could not get there by car. The navigation took us to a place within 16 minutes' walking distance. The house is on the first floor ( warning for the disabled and the elderly). No parking place closed to the house (min 7-8 min walk- 1 km) Parking fee is from 10 to 20 euros per day.

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location. 2 minutes to the beach and just in the old town with shops/restsurants/bars. Fantastic rear balcony to see the sea and the sunset and front balcony to watch the world go by. The accommodation was spotless and the host met us on arrival to ensure everything was OK.

Being an old town, parking was a 5 minute walk away but once we found a place it was OK.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! The placement is simply perfect and the appartement was clean, also much nicer in person. we did not wanna leave.. I see in earlier reviews that someone complained about the AC only the bedroom, I feel that’s a bit unfair.. we really had no trouble with that at all. The appartement was perfect temperature. It’s quite uncommon to have that in every room in europe.. Grazie mille for a wonderful stay in Cefalù
