Safe parking behind automatic gate. Seems to have most of the basics to stay comfortably. It t was very cold in Grahamstown, and the mattress warmer was great. Remember to press the gate remote to close the car gate. TV works.

The oven kept tripping the electricity. Use the cold water tap to get hot water, and the hot water tap to get cold water in the shower.
