Place is qute on inside

First when we got there we had a problem with the parking because of the person that also lives on the property , then there wasnt enough utilities , then there wasnt any hot water so we had to wait for the guy on the property to go buy gas, also the gas stove did not work because of gas and there are no braai thongs and decent braairoster , the first morning we woke up at 6am because the people on the property was talking very loud early in the morning , so we decided not to stay another night and left. The worst place we have ever been on booking.com Will not recomend it to anyone

I've been using booking.com for years and this is the first time having a bad experience. I do not like complaining, but I have to give my opinion. Firstly when we got there had to wait for the host, as I did tell them what time we will be there. As we waited outside in the dark, noted the place is not located nicely. I feel they have to place pictures of the outside also. We wanted to use the stove it did not work. We had to wait for the host that brought us a dirty 2 plate stove after an half an hour, my kids was so hungry. As we sat on the broken sofa that was so uncomfortable. The kids went to bed and me and my husband was watching a movie. Hearing mice squicking I was so scared did not want to move from the sofa. Did not even want to sleep because the noise of scratching behind the stove was so irritated. The next morning as we having breakfast saw mice pooh on the sofa and in the cupboards. I was so disgusted. It was not the value for our money and really think they had to give us a discount on our money for this bad experience we had. I want to lay a complain because it was not a very nice experience my kids did not want to sleep upstairs the stairs don't have safety rails, so me, my husband and the 2 kids was sleeping on one bed.
