"Our stay was very pleasant and quiet and close to shops and restaurants"

The property was very nice, in a quiet area, it was close to the town centre, and about a 20 min walk to Albert , and Canning docks

The washing machine didn’t work I reported it but it still didn’t get repaired, the back door was dragging on the frame

"Awful stay!"

New house, looked good but way too many issues!

No hot water, sewer running down the entry to the parking. Neighbours knocking to complain about the drains problem and the parking! No power supply near WiFi box No power supply by tv in bedroom! So many issues for a new house!

The detail in the finish was good

The neighbours were a little annoying - constantly moaning about the car park (there’s a dentist there) moaning about the drain… not the vendors fault at all just a lack of patience from neighbours
