They ripped us off with heaters - didn't properly tell us how much they were and ended up charging us 2000/day for 4 small heaters. It was freezing even with the heaters.

I was a family traveller with 2 kids and after multiple research on multiple sites i finalised this hotel, below are the reasons 1. For family its the best as this would be like a separate 2 BHK house for you and its spacious, with 2 Bed rooms as all other hotels have only single bed with 1 additional bed and its impossible to accommodate 4 people + a big living area with TV which also is specifically for you, (1st floor has 4 BHK and good part is that they have separate entrance and you will not have any disturbance) 2. Both the rooms were very spacious 3. This hotel charges 500 only for heater per room per night and i personally inquired other 4-5 hotels nearby and all of them charge 600-800 4. Room prices was the best i got from booking.com and all other hotels in that area were almost 3K-3.5K extra per night with less space 5. There is kitchen which is maintained very neat and clean by the care taker where you can cook, have coffee or you can also ask care taker (bring him the stuff) and he can cook for you or there are good restaurants just 40-50 mtrs distance where you can go and have it . 6. Most important - both the rooms are equipped with geysers and majority of the hotels only have solar which means that hot water availability is limited and depend on sun Some other generic items for Manali 1. 4G services are very good and almost every one big, small vendor accepts UPI, i have hardly paid cash for any txn's including activities 2. I travelled from Amritsar- Manali - Chandigarh (4N/5D) and I have almost enquired 6-7 different travel agents including MMT, Travel Triangle etc...for good CAB service and finally got an excellent service from Mr Sandeep (+91 78075 23464) with almost 20 % less rate than others, he provided an excellent service, highly exp on ghat roads and stopped where ever i requested for photo op
