Edens Snow Castle Munnar.....I could suggest this room as premium room inMunnar with great facility - very much neat and tidy- staff was very nice - good hospitality -food was also very much tasty and neat-maim attractive thing is amazing view from balcony . We stayed with family enjoyed a lot - calm and enjoyable

Absolutely nothing

Didn’t like anything. First of all, they’ve provided all wrong information here. It’s a homestay. No Wi-Fi, No proper smart tv, no tv channels, no toiletries. Absolutely nothing. Very very poor service. Even with all above issues, had to pay the full price. Never book this hotel/resort/room.

I could suggest, Edens snow castle is one of the premium hotel in Munnar - very good Management - tasty food-Management is ready to satisfy the guest needs. In hotel there is facility of 24 hour hot water

Hot water was not available in one of the bathroom. Even Morning tea was not available in & arround the property
