I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional politeness of the staff. Every team member I interacted with was professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The level of customer care was truly outstanding. Whether it was at reception, or housekeeping, I consistently felt valued and well looked after. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here

I had an amazing stay, Rakka and the team were wonderful they went above and beyond in making my stay so pleasurably. If human relationship, cleanliness and hospitality are primarily your focus not gigantic 5 stars setting then you are in the right place, and it’s just 20 minutes from the airport . I highly recommend Rakka guest house , it is modest and affordable.

Absolutely nothing

La qualité du matelas et le design de ́la chambre. Le personnel était très disponible pour aider à trouver des restaurants où on pouvait acheter à manger à moindre coût. Le prix de la chambre est très compétitif.

Le petit déjeuner était très basique et très peu attrayant: eau chaude, milo, lait et omelette sans aucun aisaisonnement et l’omelette est laissé à l’air libre sans couvercle. L’emplacement est un peu distant du centre ville mais on trouve facilement des taxis dans le quartier.
