Villa La Terrazza

Jacuzzi was good, the rooftop terraces were great.

The walk to the centre is extreme. It's 15 minutes up and down the hill. Some kitchen utensils were missing, as well as basic stuff like toilet paper, dishwash cleaner, coffee. We left our coffee for the next renter.

The property had good outside space.

The air conditioning unit had been removed from the living room. The patios had not been cleaned for some time. No maintenance has been carried out recently. It is a nice property crying out for attention. The oven was faulty & could not be used. We only discovered this after spending money on food we could not eat. The staff did arrange for an electrician to attend. He told us the oven was broken & went away. The problem was not resolved during our stay. The outside furniture was old and rusty and of questionable integrity. We are hosts ourselves and would never consider renting a property in this poor condition.

Generally Not well equipped (especially the kitchen), bathrooms urgently require refurbishment, generally old furniture and finishing, some parts are not-functioning. The cleanliness was very low standard.

wrong address in booking.com. took 1 hour to find and only by owner sending photos. not particularly clean and smelt damp. paint peeling off ceiling in 1 bedroom lights and sockets in 1 bedroom not working. broken light fittings outside furniture starting to rot
