Excellent location close to the airport

Our stay was unfortunately impacted by a serious safety concern. In the middle of the night, someone unexpectedly opened the door to our room while we were sleeping. In a city like Islamabad, where travelers rely heavily on their hotel to feel secure, this was extremely frightening and frankly unacceptable. Whether this was a staff error, a key access issue, or something else, the fact remains that a stranger was able to access our room during the night. This is not just uncomfortable — it is a significant safety concern. I strongly urge hotel management to review their room access procedures and security protocols to ensure this does not happen to other guests.

When I was booking the hotel I was confused my first time booking by app but when I was staying there he was very friendly stuff and costumer service is excellent very good budget he is very nice stof mostly chich out from hotel 12 but my flight time is evening time I was staying extra 5 hours and he is charged me good discount price and I have book again form my returning trip

Hotel Was very near to airport It’s only 10 minutes drive
