The location for my visit to Zea Marina was excellent

The bed is comfortable, and the host was responsive and communicative.

The apartment itself is quite dark and lacks a proper seating area — aside from the bed and a couple of high kitchen stools, which are not comfortable for relaxing. The bathroom was the biggest downside. It’s nearly impossible to stand directly under the shower due to a concrete structure that blocks the way. As a result, you have to move to the edge of the shower to bathe, and since the shower door doesn’t fully enclose the space, much of the bathroom floor ends up soaked. The hot water also ran out quickly. We had to contact the host to find out how to resolve this, and only then were we told to turn on the water heater manually. While that improved the situation, we believe this should have been clearly communicated in advance. Additionally, the bathroom sink is extremely small — barely suitable for washing hands, and impractical for brushing teeth or washing your face. We ended up using the kitchen sink instead.

The location is excellent. It's a nicely furnished, cozy place with nice decoration details. The host is super helpful and polite.

The bed is odd; I felt like sleeping downward. I guess it's easy to fix. The washbasin is too small, and I would recommend installing a slightly larger one.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very conveniently positioned in the marina area.

Parking was very hard to find, but that’s the same in any city.
