While we checked in we noticed the pillow covers were stained and when reported to the staff, they replied that there was a new staff so may be the covers weren't changes. This was not ok because we had informed our check-in time well in advance but basic hygiene was missed, although they helped to change the covers and it was fixed. We din have any meals at the hotel, except once we ordered tea but it was not even warm so it was disappointing Also, the bathroom faucet needs a fix as the faucet falls out easily when trying to open/close the tap Last but not least, out of our 4 nights stay, 1 morning there was no hot water and when asked, the staff replied they din pay attention so the tank was empty and will take 2 hours to get hot water, so they sent 2 buckets with hot water after 40 mins of us waiting with no option.. was very inconvenient and disturbed our schedule for the day
