The Station Hotel

It was very convenient and affordable. The breakfast was great.

It was fairly dated. Very small elevator

Location was perfect. Breakfast was very good. It was also good value

The room was hot. I left window open which helped but my friend and granddaughter felt their room was noisy with window open.

Had to wait an hour and 20 mins for dinner although there was approximately 5 people in the restaurant had to go and ask for it also floor boards really creaky tried to walk around that bits as we were on second floor Dinner was good but I ordered lasagna thinking there would be a side salad and there was nothing else with it so bit disappointed after waiting an hour and 20 mins also looked like it had been heated in a microwave

Well I got a free upgrade when I checked in which was a lovely surprise. The staff were so good. Very attentive and helpful

The staff are friendly, the hotel is overall clean. The room is spacious. Breakfast is excellent. The location is just perfect outside the union square.

Noisy, you can hear the noise from the streets even the birds. The bathroom needs some serious upgrades.

Excellent location. In front of the station and with a good structure around it, including shops, a supermarket, restaurants, and the Union Square shopping mall. Breakfast is simple but enough, nothing to complain about. The staff was also very helpful and nice to us.

They put us in what was probably one of their worst rooms. The room was in the attic (top floor under the roof) and had a very low, sloping ceiling with a skylight window. We had to bend down to walk from one side of the room to the other, and I even hit my head. The room also had damaged walls and needed a better cleaning in some areas. In the bathroom, the sink was clogged/blocked. Even when removing the drain plug, the water did not go down. We only didn't ask to change rooms because we were staying for just one night. But it was very disappointing to get one of the worst rooms in the hotel.
