The location was perfect for our rail tour holiday. The price was unbelievable. Its the cheapest of the 6 places we will be staying, but has set the bar very high for cleanliness, warm welcome, breakfast, excellent room and bed. I must make special mention of Jodi who was on the reception desk when we checked in. We asked her about places to eat, and possible Whisky tours the following day. She said she would research for us, and have some suggestions for us when we came back down. She had done loads of research and we have had a brilliant tour of the Strathisla distillery today, as she recommended. I hope to stay again, it was a great place to stay. 😀

1 We walked to the beach, and went by what looked like the nearest route which took us by the docks. It was not a great place to be. We came back a different way. 2 We only had one night there.

Praktfullt eldre bygg sentralt like ved togstasjonen. Hyggelig personale.

Slitne rom. Oppussingen på hotellrommet vi fikk var dessverre miserabel.
