Marilyn's Cottage

Nice quiet suburb, but close to White River crossings mall and all restaurants. Well appointed with everything you'd need a cute outside table in the garden to sit/eat/enjoy. Two separate rooms so ideal for a family. If kids argue about sleeping in the same bed the one room has a sofa couch and a queen bed. Will be back.

Wohnzimmer war schön und der Garten gemütlich. Die Schlafzimmer waren auch gut wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich.

Leider hat es in dem großen Schlafzimmer Schimmel an den Wänden, welcher nur sporadisch übermalt wurde. Jedoch bestehen hierbei gesundheitliche Risiken. Die Türe zum Bad ist eine laute Schiebetüren, sodass man nachts wach wird als auch keine Privatsphäre hat. Außerdem war es sehr warm in der Unterkunft und in dem kleineren Schlafzimmer gibt es leider keine Klimaanlage.

Very nice quite area, well established area in White River with lots of trees. Cottage was well equipped, lovely small gadgets made our stay feeling like at home. Very friendly and pleasant Owner with lovely dogs. Air-condition well functioned.

The request to remove my own rubbish just seemed a bit strange if linens etc have to be removed and cleaned on my departure

A beautiful and spacious self catering cottage situated in a quiet suburb with shops nearby. The cottage had everything we needed. Verity and her husband are superb hosts and are just a message away if there is anything you require. Beds are extremely comfortable, I just battled with the pillows however I’m fussy about pillows. The outside veranda is a perfect spot to relax. There is secure parking underneath a carport that is close to the cottage. If you have a big car, you may just need to reverse into the parking area and it’s a sharp turn right when entering the main property. If we ever find ourselves in White River again, we will absolutely stay at Marilyn’s Cottage again.
