Perfect apartment in perfect place

Excellent location. Comfy beds. Great help to have a well working washer/dryer in the unit. We failed to reserve a parking spot for our car, but when the host saw we were traveling by car he helped us find a parking spot at the building by himself, overall great accommodation for what we paid and more, the apartment itself was spacious clean and comfy, the location just could not have been better.

An incredible week in Tbilisi. Apartment is very well located in the heart of the historic city in a beautiful, newly built building. Not to mention the view from the apartment and the majestic Tbilisi national opera and ballet theater which is located within 7 minutes walking distance from the apartment and is so historic and beautiful! Thanks to our host for his welcome, for always being available and for lovely touches.

Very warm place to spend a stay in Tbilisi. Located right in the center, all tours can be done on foot. The host is very responsive and understandable. No problem with communication. The apartment is very well equipped. I would be happy to meet again if I need to go back to Sakartvelo:) . I highly recommend it

Modern, cosy flat in the heart of Tbilisi, a short walking distance from Central Liberty square, National Museum, National Opera and ballet theater which is really amazing and loads of shops, Gallery mall, cafés, Famous Tbilisi nightclubs and restaurants. Very convenient

Fabulous apartment in the new building which I loved. The apartment itself is modern and well designed. Everything is new with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom featuring a walk in shower complete with toiletries and decent towels! Also i want to mention the dish washing machine which is a great bonus, Big Comfortable bed, I slept so well. This place is very cozy and perfect for one or two people. The location was perfect, plenty of good bars and restaurants and supermarkets nearby and a short walk to the center, but in a quiet street. It was lovely, she met me upon arrival and showed me how everything worked and then left me alone! I would definitely stay here again.

The place was wonderful! The room was bright, and everything was perfectly clean. The location was amazing, the apartment is in the city center. The host was very responsive and helpful, everything about our stay was great! I would recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful listing, above and beyond hospitality. I felt truly welcome and cared for. The mountain view is incredible, the neighborhood is quite luxurious and charming. I hope to be back again someday!

The staff was very helpful with flexible check-in and checkout times and was also very helpful in storing our belongings, so we could enjoy our last day in Tbilisi without carrying luggage. They responded to messages very quickly and were attentive to each of our needs. The location of the house is quite nice. There's also a large, central park nearby for a morning walk.

Perfect, nothing to complain about. You will not find anything better, above all, for this price. The staff is very present and will welcome you in the best possible way. The apartment is in the city center, very quiet neighbourhood, central parks, and excellent restaurants you can explore neary. Highly recommended.
