Palazzo Falcinelli Luxury Room in Montepulciano Center with Air Conditioning and Elevator

The rooms were very spacious and bathrooms were updated. Appreciated the refrigerator in room. We used the bonus room every evening to play cards and have tea...convenient bathroom also.

The walk from parking was not easy. Not really a like or dislike: when we booked, we thought that we were booking a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It turned out to be 2 separate rooms...one on 1st floor and one on 3rd floor. It worked okay for us in the big picture.

Fabulous location, bathroom was absolutely gorgeous, very secure accommodation and walking distance to everything. The views were stunning and the notes given on how to access accommodation were perfect and very helpful. Would maybe recommend some different pillows they were quite uncomfortable. Over all lovely stay

Location is perfect, room is spacious and bathroom shower is the standout of the stay!

The bathroom mirror is at a very low height which meant bending down to get ready. For a two night stay and being coffee lovers, there wasn’t enough pods for the machine. We also could have done with more clothes hangers in the wardrobe as other places we have stayed on this trip had far more.

The location was very good. The lift helps at the end of a long day holidaying, with the town of Montepulciano being so hilly. The Luxury room is indeed that and the cost is quite reasonable.

It’s could be bigger, but then it would be more expensive, it’s the dilemma of the smart travel.

We had an excellent stay at this property and would highly recommend it. The apartments are exceptionally well equipped, with comfortable beds, high-quality linens, and some of the most spacious and comfortable bathrooms we experienced during our trip through Europe. The design of the apartment is modern, elegant, and feels very high-end, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and maintained to a high standard. The self check-in process was very clear, straightforward, and convenient, allowing us to arrive and settle in without any issues. Although we never met the staff in person, communication through WhatsApp was outstanding. They were always responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay.

The location was good very central.

A coffee machine was provide with pods but unable to have due to no milk being supplied.
