Location of this specific room was perfect in terms of proximity to the main parts of town. Keep in mind in this town there is steep incline, but it was no more than a 5-10 minute walk to any restaurant or store or winery! The room was clean, the owners were so kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Couch had a pull out bed although we did not need it. Came stocked with coffee and had a fridge although we had no leftovers! To Check in, you simply fill out the information before your trip and when you get there, they send you info on how to access the room. Felt very safe and there was video surveillance of the area. The lift worked well for getting our luggage upstairs! The common area was very cute also! The people in this town were so kind and welcoming and excited to have us and teach us their culture. My favorite town in Italy so far!

The only hindsight we had for this town was its accessibility is difficult if you’re only traveling by train. We had to take a train to Chiusi-Chianciano Terme and then a bus to town then walked up the mountain to the room. To go anywhere out of town for a day trip, we had to take a taxi, which cost us 60 euro because buses didn’t start until later in the morning and we wanted all the time we could get. Also, in the fall/winter, many of the restaurants and shops are closed. They open for Christmas season and between April and September/October. Regardless, this specific stay was beautiful and comfortable and spacious! Highly recommend

La stanza è molto curata a livello estetico ed è grande. Anche il bagno è spazioso, pulito e curato. Mi è piaciuto molto l'angolo "aperitivo" -caffè. La posizione è ottima, centrale. Le indicazioni per effettuare il self check-in sono precise.

Nulla riguardo la sistemazione. Ho avuto difficoltà a inserire su Maps le coordinate per il parcheggio più vicino alla struttura.

The apartment was stylish, spotless, and very spacious. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped, making everything very comfortable and convenient. The bathroom was impressively large and luxurious. I would highly recommend this accommodation without hesitation and would gladly stay here again!
