Palazzo molto signorile, arredato benissimo e accogliente

Non facile il check in e dopo le 17,30 nessuno ha piรน risposto al telefono. Per fortuna non cโ€™erano persone anziane che non sarebbero riuscite ad arrivare. I parcheggi erano tutti pieni e arrivare con le valige eโ€™ stata dura

"Splendida camera in pieno centro a Montepulciano"

Stanza molto bella e pulita, letto e cuscini comodi. Hanno lasciato un kit di accoglienza con acqua e caffรจ molto gradito.

L'accesso alla camera ( con una scaletta in legno) ed il check-in online un pochino difficoltoso

Comfortable beds, spacious apartment. Elevator. Air conditioned. Very clear check in.

Checked in @4pm and our room wasnโ€™t ready for another 15. No one seems to respond via booking messaging platform. Use the phone # for the hotel and contact via WhatsApp. The online check in with passport info required a lot of steps. So be prepared to figure things out on your own.
