Linea Verde House

There was a lot of storage and room which we liked very much.

It could have been at least a bit more cleaner.

it was spacious, furniture was quite new.

there was humidity; it was on ground floor so there wasn’t a lot of light; the host didn’t answer for an hour to my messages, calls on the arrival day (it was Sunday but anyway I had to call him as he forgot about my arrival and hadn’t provide clear instructions on how to enter the property and where was it exactly.

Spacious and clean

The dryer worked well, and the electronic entry worked well. Wifi was also good.

Property location was much further from activities and beach than described. Driving path to apartment was one way with blind spots, and it was crowded with cars making it very difficult to get to and form the apartment. It was also very difficult to maneuver into the parking spot. The floors was dirty. Door handles kept coming off. Hot water was inconsistent. No setup or signs for recycling. Apartment had no paper towels, and two half rolls of toilet paper.

Everyone I interacted with provided fantastic customer service - David from the booking side, Geatano from the follow up and the information desk employee all went above and beyond. The apartment is very well looked after and it shows, brilliantly modern with all the amenities needed. We even had an issue with the hot water (due to one of our party turning it off mistakenly) - Geatano was on site 15 minutes later to fix. Happily stay here again as its an excellent place to relax after exploring Messina, Catania and Taormina. All round phenomenal.
