Solo 2 capsule x 3 notti in 2 persone, poca areazione della stanza a causa della posizione( finestre alte )

Appartamento al centro, quindi la posizione. Pulito, spazioso e ben climatizzato. Gradita la bottiglia di spumante per brindare al nuovo anno.

Il personale è stato molto puntuale nel risolvere un inconveniente con la caldaia nell’appartamento, risolto velocemente. Molto cortesi e disponibili! Posizione ottima; Appartamento molto pulito.

Anche se risolto il problema acqua calda, la caldaia ha continuato ad emettere un rumore piuttosto fastidioso soprattutto nelle ore notturne.

We had to stay here in our last night in Verona due to changes in our flights back home. It wasn’t ideal to change accommodation mid way through a trip but we had no choice, I had picked this based on the overall user score but unfortunately our stay was not a pleasant experience.

We stayed in the upstairs apartment and were alarmed to find a staircase down to another apartment and could hear people and immediately felt unsafe at the thought of this door having no lock. We moved a large chest of drawers to block this door off but didn’t sleep well. The temperature in the apartment was so warm that we work up 5 times in the night, and lastly we went to use the master bathroom and found the ceiling leaking water (we hope) and had to contact the property manager, who prompt came upstairs and laid extra towels but didn’t resolve anything. We got up an hour early to leave and head to the airport because we didn’t enjoy our stay.
