Molto comoda la posizione di casa, praticamente in centro. Ottimo servizio che comprendeva the, caffè e una piccola colazione. Letti molto comodi e personale accogliente e disposto ad offrire informazioni.

Migliorerei la struttura offrendo, oltre al microonde già presente, la possibilità di farsi un pasto più complesso ampliando la zona cucina, magari con più stoviglie (generalmente erano poche) e un piccolo fornelletto

Location ottima a pochi minuti dal centro. Bagno un comune ma sempre pulito. Stanza spaziosa. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

From the train station, you walk through the historic cobblestone streets past the Franciscan Church to this wonderful quiet, almost hidden place, a short walk down a beautiful driveway that is tucked behind a large secure gate. The rooms are huge and beautiful. The shared baths also huge, modern and clean. Everything is easily accessible. To be close to everything yet have the peace and security of a private mansion is a wonderful way to Be in Bozen. 🌹

Everything was perfect.

The location was fantastic. Walking distance to town and train station and cable car. Shared bathroom worked well.

The staff at Villa Anita went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hostess brought a bottle of prosecco to our suite, as we were visiting to celebrate our engagement. She also was extremely helpful and thorough when explaining the activities in the city.

I booked the double room, which was spacious and had a nice big sofa. Bed was comfortable. I thought there would be a kitchen but what I saw in the pictures seems to belong to a private apartment you can book as well. There was a fridge, kettle and microwave availble though in the common area. The location is good, quite close to the old town and 10-15min walking from the train station.
