Lovely property situated in the perfect location for visiting both Harrogate & Knaresbrough. The owner lives next door & is very helpful yet leaves you to your own devices.

Comfortable and quiet . Helpful owners nearby. Good lighting in lounge which is rare and an easy to operate TV.

The shower head was a nuisance having to hold it whilst washing. ( Don’t like drencher heads) Internet and phone signal not always reliable.

All exactly as advertised...bed was very comfortable (though this is subjective), the garden was a bonus...good shower...ample parking. All in all a good 2 day stay.

Cozy holiday house with back garden. About 10 minutes' drive to town center. Excellent facilities. Sky TV!Spotless! Thoughtful owner provided fresh milk. Fully satisfied with our stay. Free parking outside house.

"Nice for a short stay"

Nice tidy back garden with back door out to it from the kitchen. House was in a very quiet residential area.

It only had one bathroom downstairs. The kitchen table was very large for the room. It was difficult to get around it if someone was sitting at the table. Pillows were stained.

Comfortable and convenient. The checkin instructions were clear and they provided a helpful manual with information about wifi etc. We appreciated that the hosts provided tea, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits. There was also a well equipped kitchen for cooking. There is offstreet parking for two cars.
