The location of the apartment is excelent, close to the main points of town and shops! The host is very kind and communicative and she helped us with a lot of information!

Nice apartment. Spacious, nice, clean bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen.

No real parking at entrance and no elevator for 3rd floor means quite some dragging with luggage. Stairwell was dilapidated and not maintained (entrance door seemed always open). Toilet was not up to par: very small, door with transparent glass and open/no wall above the door, so with little privacy. Kitchen was badly cleaned (breadcrumbs in cupboards and oven, used coffee pod still in machine, used sponge, greasy fingers here and there on cupboards) No covered parking space in the neighbourhood. The payment by the owner of 50% of the parkingticket (which are in fact parking fines) feels a bit misleading as officially only 50% needs to be paid if within 24hrs.

A beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location. Perfectly clean, with all the amenities you could think of. Very comfortable furnishings.

All was perfect, but be aware it's on the third floor with no lift.
